Hi, I'm Hannah!

I'm a certified fitness trainer with over 20 years of experience and a deep passion for helping others transform their lives. My personal journey with autoimmune arthritis has taught me the true power of movement—not just to heal, but to build strength, resilience, and confidence. It’s this experience that fuels my commitment to creating safe, empowering spaces for others to grow, both physically and emotionally.

Through personalized coaching, nutrition guidance, and behavior change strategies, my goal is to help you not only achieve your fitness goals but also build a positive, resilient mindset. My Philosophy

Helping someone feel better, build confidence, or make a meaningful change in their life is truly rewarding—it's like winning an Oscar! These moments remind me why I chose personal training: it's about making a real difference, no matter how small, in someone’s journey. My calling is to care for adults, and fitness is the perfect gateway for that transformation. For me, it’s all about creating a safe space for growth. I meet clients where they are—mentally, physically, or emotionally—and support them with nourishment and encouragement to help them unlock their true potential. I'm always in their corner, advocating for their health 24/7. People crave connection, and I’m deeply committed to offering a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.


I encourage self-compassion while using exercise to build confidence and self-appreciation. As clients overcome obstacles and embrace an optimistic mindset, they begin to see their progress and affirm their accomplishments. As their physical well-being improves, so does their self-assurance, giving them the belief that they can achieve even greater things in life. I always remind them: "Believe in yourself, and anything is possible!"Movement has always been my source of energy and positivity, and I’ve personally experienced its power through my own journey with inflammatory arthritis. That experience taught me how essential exercise is for our bodies and how resilient we can be in overcoming challenges.
